The Ikonic Wrap lure is a premium wooden lure, measuring 3" from tip to tail and weighs in at .42 of an ounce. All components are comprised of stainless steel construction. Each Ikonic Wrap is hand crafted, hand painted, hand constructed... all custom.
The Ikonic Wrap lure is high detail, all wooden vibration lure featuring carved mouth, gills, and inset 3D eyes. As an upgrade, realistic hand crafted scales on the lure's sides are available, an industry first in wood.
The Ikonic Wrap's on the h20 action is extremely unique in comparison to typical vibration lures. Once cast the lure dives from 6"- 2 feet depending on vertical rod angle. It can be burned like a regular trap with ease, however when the reel handle is stopped, the lure sits dead still & balanced in the h20 column, no rise, no downward fast sink rate as is normal in lipless lures.
The Ikonic Wrap is deadly when fishing flats, covering emerging grass, schooling fish, and even flipping it next to shallow cover like pads & trees, ...quick twitching the lure in a jerkbait like technique has proven productive in lake testing when fish are stubborn or facing cold front conditions.
The Ikonic Wrap's overall size & shape mimics the typical baitfish. The natural bouyancy makes it an exceptionally versatile vibration lure.
The Ikonic Wrap, like all other CLU lures comes with custom paint, black nickel hooks & split rings, CLU's durable clearcoat and painted in any pattern that an angler desires.
As an upgrade, Ikonic Wrap is available with scales. A 2nd version of the lure, the Ikonic Craw(see pic above) is also available.
